Returns

The 30-day fitment guarantee.

Buying the right tire for an older mower or tractor isn't always obvious, so we back it. If a tire you ordered from us isn't the right fit, you have 30 days to tell us and we'll make it right — an exchange for the size that fits, or a return.

Every order ships free — lower 48, no minimum — and for the first 30 days returns ship free too, on a prepaid label we email you.

The best first step: call before you mount

If you're unsure a tire is right, call us before you mount it — a tire that hasn't been put on a wheel is the easiest one to swap. We've fitted these tires for 22 years and can usually confirm the right size in a single call.

The first 30 days: returns are free

Inside 30 days of delivery, sending a tire back costs you nothing. We email you a prepaid return label, you drop the tire off, and once it reaches us and checks out as unused we refund the full amount to the card or account you paid with. If we steered you to the wrong size, the same 30 days applies — take the exchange for the size that fits, or the refund, whichever you'd rather.

Days 31 to 90: still returnable

After the first month the tire is still returnable — you just cover the shipping back. We create the label on our own FedEx account and take what it costs out of your refund, so there's nothing to pay upfront and nothing for you to arrange. Because we ship tires every day, the rate we've negotiated is well under what you'd pay at a counter, and we pass it straight through so getting a tire back to us costs as little as it can.

The one condition: unused and unmounted

This holds in both windows. The tire has to come back the way it went out — never mounted on a wheel, never run. Once a tire has been mounted it has been used, and we can't put it back on the shelf. It's the whole reason calling before you mount is the best first step.

No restocking fee. Ever.

Not at 30 days, not at 90, not on any order. Plenty of tire sellers keep 15 or 20 percent of your refund for the trouble of putting a tire back on the shelf. That's not how we do it — the refund is the price you paid.

Starting a return

Call the shop or send us an email — there's no form and no portal, and we'll walk you through it personally. Have your order number handy. We'll confirm the details, email your label, and get you a refund or the correct tire on its way.

Arrived damaged or wrong?

If your order shows up damaged, or it isn't what you ordered, that's on us — call or email the same day and we'll fix it right away.
