These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of greaterclevelandtire.com and any purchase you make from us. greaterclevelandtire.com is operated by Greg Bentkowski, doing business as GCT Wholesale (“Greater Cleveland Tire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We sell specialty tires and related products. We work hard to describe our products and their specifications, sizes, and fitment accurately, but we do not warrant that every description, image, or detail is complete or error-free. Tire fitment can depend on your specific machine and setup — if you are not certain a tire fits, contact us before ordering and we will help you confirm.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We make every effort to price products correctly, but if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at that price, even after it has been submitted.

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may limit or cancel quantities, for any lawful reason — including suspected fraud, an item being out of stock, or a pricing error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you.

Payment is due at checkout and is processed by PayPal, Inc. through our checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout where required.

Shipping costs and timing are described on our Shipping page and shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or other events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Returns and our 30-day fitment guarantee are described on our Returns page. Please review it before ordering, and reach out to us to start any return.

Some products may carry a manufacturer's warranty provided by the brand; any such warranty is between you and the manufacturer, on the manufacturer's terms. Apart from our published fitment guarantee and any rights you have under applicable law, the website and the products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You are responsible for selecting, installing, inflating, and using tires safely and in accordance with the manufacturer's and your equipment maker's specifications.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greater Cleveland Tire will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or any product purchased from us. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

The content on this website — including text, logos, and page design — is owned by or licensed to Greater Cleveland Tire and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Product names and brand logos are the property of their respective owners.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or your purchase will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
