About this tire
This is the Deestone D405 Super Lug in 23x10.50-12, a 4-ply aggressive lug tire for compact tractors and AG equipment on soft ground. The deep, wide-spaced lugs dig in for traction in dirt, mud, and grass and clean themselves as the wheel rolls.
One thing to know on size: the tire is marked 23x10.50-12, but it actually measures about 9.5 inches wide. That makes it a good stand-in for a 23x9.50-12, which Deestone doesn't currently offer in this pattern. It carries 1,340 lbs at 4-ply, mounts on a 12x8.50 wheel, and runs about 23 inches overall diameter.
The lug bites hard off-road but rides rough and loud on pavement, so this is a field and yard tire, not a road tire. It's tubeless. Deestone is the value brand, priced to keep traction affordable. Made in China. Part number DS5245.
